ZKL series self-cleaning air filters

Overview
After the air power equipment sucks in the air containing dust, it will cause wear and tear to the equipment. The dust sucked in will form a deposit on the surface of the fan blades, causing a decrease in the dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor in the equipment and greatly shortening its service life. The harmful chemical components in the dust will cause the equipment to rust and corrode. Therefore, high-precision air filters must be equipped for air power equipment.
The ZKL series self-cleaning air filter is an improved and perfected version based on similar products at home and abroad. It has now reached the advanced level in China.

All types of air compressor stations in various industries, with multiple small-capacity compressors used together and single large-capacity ones used separately.
Raw material air compressors for oxygen production stations.
Blowers for blast furnaces in steel mills.

Filtering process
Dusty air is drawn in by the air compressor and enters the first coarse filter box (1). After passing through the high-efficiency filter cylinder (2), due to the combined effects of gravity, inertia diffusion, and contact retention, the dust is adsorbed onto the high-efficiency filter cylinder. Clean air then passes through the sealing gasket (3), enters the Venturi tube (4), and converges to the intake chamber (5), before merging at the air intake port (6) and being sucked into the air compressor by the air compressor.

Self-cleaning process
After being filtered, the dust is adsorbed onto the high-efficiency filter element. The PLC first groups and performs the reverse blowing self-cleaning process according to the set time sequence; when the resistance loss exceeds 600 pascals, the PLC groups and performs the reverse blowing self-cleaning (the reverse blowing time is 0.1-0.2 seconds) in accordance with the differential pressure sequence. The other high-efficiency filter cylinders continue to operate normally, and the dust is blown off.

Product advantages and features
This equipment is controlled by a programmable controller. There are three self-cleaning methods, namely (1) timed, (2) differential pressure, and (3) manual.
This equipment can automatically clean the air filter elements in groups, while the other filter elements can operate normally.
It can operate normally under conditions where the relative humidity exceeds 100%.
It features a large filtration area, low flow rate, small resistance loss, and local display of resistance loss values as well as a 4-20mA remote signal.
The filter element has a long service life. Under normal environmental conditions, the replacement cycle of the filter element can reach about two years.
It features a high degree of automation, with main components imported, enabling unmanned operation.
The air consumption of reverse blowing is low, generally 0.1-0.4m ² /min(in the suction state), and the pressure is 0.6-0.8MPa.
The design weight is light, being 1/3 to 1/2 of the bag-type weight of the same capacity.
The design is reasonable, achieving a pipe-free design. It is a high-rise building block combination type, making installation convenient and fast.
